Pork Chops with Grilled Nectarines and Vegetable Kebabs

For our last meal of Labor Day weekend, we finally made use of the outdoor grill at Julia's apartment complex. Since nectarines were in season, we searched for a recipe that used them and landed on this simple pork dish. To make things easy, we just picked a variety of summer veggies to grill on the side.

We sprinkled the veggies with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary from Julia's herb garden

Everything was grill-able!
The nectarines were topped with marscapone cheese and served warm
Pair with either wine or beer
