As the weather gets nicer and everyone starts rolling out their grills, we recommend salmon burgers as a great alternative to your traditional beef burger. It's one of our go-to meals that we enjoy a few times a year. We have tried a couple of recipes but this one from Cooking Light is our favorite and includes lettuce, cucumbers, and a lime-cilantro-jalapeño mayonnaise for toppings.
