Since it was Friday and because it's been a long week, tonight's dinner was a lazy "Home"-made pizza with onions, sausage, multiple cheeses, tomatoes, mushrooms and peppers...and of course the obligatory Friday Night Beer(s).
We normally try to use fresh pizza dough and flatten it ourselves, but couldn't get it this week so we used a Boboli pre-made crust. We're not really even sure this counts as a blog-post worthy dinner but whatever, we're posting anyway! We'll probably go to a pizza shop next time and ask to buy some fresh dough for a couple bucks because fresh dough is really the way to go. (get it)
